Payment and returning

1. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by email to: ru.zalite@gmail.com

We recommend including the following information in your notification:

Order number;

Buyer’s full name;

Contact information;

Name of the product(s) to be returned.

2. Return of Goods

After submitting the withdrawal notification, the goods must be returned no later than 14 days.

The goods must be:

Unused;

Undamaged;

In their original packaging;

Complete with all original components and accessories.

The consumer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Refunds

Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, www.rzlash.com will refund the payments received from the consumer for the goods, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal notification was received.

RZ Lash reserves the right to withhold the refund until:

The returned goods have been received; or

Proof of return shipment has been provided;

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the consumer for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by applicable legislation, including:

Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery;

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;

Other cases specified by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Due to the nature of eyelash extension products and for safety and hygiene reasons, opened adhesives, removers, eyelash extensions, tweezers, eye patches, tapes, and other hygiene-related products cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened, except in cases where the product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

5. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

If the product you receive is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at rzlash@rzlash.com and attach photographs showing the issue.

Each case will be assessed individually in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Depending on the circumstances, the product will be replaced or a refund will be issued.

In the case of defective goods, the buyer will not be responsible for return or replacement shipping costs.
