By placing an order through the Store, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of the Store
The Customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.
The use of the Store for unlawful purposes or any activity that may interfere with the proper operation of the Store is strictly prohibited.
2. Products and Prices
All product prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include the applicable value-added tax (VAT) of the Republic of Latvia unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Payments
An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.

The Customer assumes full responsibility for using products correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
The Store shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from improper use, unsuitable working conditions, or failure to follow safety instructions.

All content available on the Store, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, graphics, and other materials, is the property of SIA Beauty Republic or is used with appropriate authorization.
Any copying, distribution, or other use of the Store’s content without prior written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Store shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruptions in the Store’s operation, technical errors, data loss, or force majeure events.
In any case, the Store’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific order.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes become effective upon publication on the Website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable laws.
